At our Piltriquitron, summer and autumn is a lot about riding bikes. Road, gravel and trail is what we do. The posibilities are many and guests can enjoy riding classic pass roads with their road bike or riding high alpine gravel plateaus with cultural stop overs at cafes, snaps distilleries and cool restaurants. If you like to ride trails on your mountain bike the Arlberg has a lot of potential. The terrain is rough and not many trails are marked. It's a great place for riders to explore new places on their own or with a guide.
Road Cycling Many of Tyrols classic mountain passes are located close to St. Anton which makes us the perfect base for a road cycling vacation. St. Anton is also start and finish for the Arlberg Giro gran fondo race. Let us know if you need more detailed information about rides around the Arlberg.

Gravel Cycling Gravel or mountain gravel with a touch of cross is what St. Anton am Arlberg and the Stanzertal is best for. The riding can be short and intensieve in the valley with many short climbs. Almost in the style of the spring classics in Belgium. At the south facing slopes in the lower part of the valley you can ride the alpine plateau of the Dawin mountain all the way to the charming village of Stanz.
